On June 8, 2010, a rather remarkable race was decided by the voters of House District 17.
Corbin defeated Harry Cato, a 20 year incumbent and #2 man in the Statehouse. Voters also gave Corbin a solid win to defeat both opponents in the Primary and avoid a potentially costly Runoff Election.
Tom Corbin now faces a Democrat challenger in November.
